1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form, together with the technical details needed to handle your enquiry.

• first name and, optionally, company name
• phone number or e-mail address (at least one contact channel)
• site location, service type and optional details about the task
• any files you choose to attach
• campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the page the enquiry was sent from

3. Purposes and legal bases

• responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract)
• handling correspondence, documenting arrangements and defending against claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
• recording your cookie decision — the cookie itself is technically necessary and is kept as evidence of your choice

4. Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the periods required by tax law and limitation periods for claims.

The record of your cookie decision is stored for 6 months.

5. Recipients

Data is stored in the database and private file storage of the infrastructure provider hosting this site, and passed to the transactional e-mail provider used to notify us of a new enquiry. Stored enquiries are accessible only to authorised people signed in to the admin panel.

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply.

7. Cookies and analytics
