Roof and facade inspection by drone
A complete view of roof surfaces, flashings, gutters and hard-to-see facade areas — before repairs, after a storm or before purchase.
The challenge
The client’s challenge
The condition of roofing, flashings and areas where leaks may start is not visible from the ground. Arranging roof access costs money and may only confirm that everything is in order.
Our approach
How we carry it out
We fly over the entire roof and around the facade, then record close views of areas requiring attention. You receive material for discussions with a contractor or insurer.
Scope of work
- Overview of the entire roof surface
- Flashings, parapets, gutters and outlets
- Skylights, vents and rooftop equipment
- Facade and areas not visible from ground level
What you receive
- A complete set of roof images
- Close views of areas requiring attention
- Comparative views before and after works
- Material ready to share
Visual material does not replace an assessor’s opinion unless that opinion is included in the agreed scope.

Submit your site for an initial assessment
An address or map link is all we need. We'll carry out an initial review of the site and propose an appropriate scope of work. We don't publish a fixed price list — the cost depends on the area, number of buildings, roof complexity, required number of photos and level of analysis.
